Pattie Cleberg

Pattie Cleberg was a Sixth Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem before founding the Foster Heart Link Ministry. She and her husband were also foster parents in Pinellas County. She is currently the Executive Director for Foster Heart Link and a MAPP (model approach to partnership in parenting) Trainer for Eckerd Community Alternatives. Pattie and her husband, Barry Marshall, have been married for over 20 years and reside in St. Petersburg, Florida. They have a blended family with three adult children and three beautiful grandchildren with another on the way.

Gayle Beaton

Gayle Beaton has been a part of Foster Heart Link since its beginning stage of prayer. She is the Project Director for STOMP (Second Tuesday of Month Project). Gayle works as an ESE Associate for Pinellas County Schools. She has been married for over 30 years to her husband, Greg, and they have 4 children, ages 27, 24, 17 and 15. Gayle and her family have been active in ministry at Calvary Chapel St. Petersburg Church for over 10 years.

Tom Teel

Tom Teel has been an associate pastor at Calvary Chapel St. Petersburg since 2007. He currently oversees the foster care and mentor ministries there. Tom joined the Board of Directors in October 2004. After serving several years as foster parents, Tom and his wife Deborah adopted two of their foster children. They currently have six children and reside in St. Petersburg.

Psalm 34:8 Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.

Monika Ostermann

Monika Ostermann has been an active part of Foster Heart Link since 2005 in the following capacities: volunteer of STOMP (Second Tuesday of Month Project), mentor of a foster child, and she is the project director of HOPE (Helping our Parents Excel). Monika has recently taken on the role of supervisor for the Foster Heart Link mentor program. She has been married for 6 years to Shawn Ostermann and they reside in Largo, Florida. Shawn and Monika met at Calvary Chapel St. Petersburg where they have been members for the past eight years.

Andrew Licht

Andrew Licht joined board in October 2009. He has three beautiful children with his lovely wife Amy. Their family is glad to be part of the Calvary Chapel St. Petersburg fellowship. He is currently employed as a Vice President of Business Operations and Services with Citigroup Inc. He brings the knowledge and wisdom of corporate operations to FHL in order to achieve their goals.

Tessa Dault

Tessa Dault is proud to have been a volunteer with Foster Heart Link since 2006. She and her husband, Brian, became licensed foster parents during the summer of 2009. Tessa currently works as the Nursery Director at Calvary Chapel St. Petersburg. Tessa and Brian, have four young children of their own and make their home in St. Petersburg.
